Life, Death and all between 
1) Australian firefighters have been using seeding since the 1960’s (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aerial_firefighting_and_forestry_in_southern_Australia ). Obviously it is not always effictive and comes at a cost. A disadvantage with a limited budget.
2) If there is one thing humans (particulay Australians) do best it is fighting over water supply.
Tax the rich, stop this stonks gambling addicted race to the bottom!
